What working with us actually looks like
It starts with a real conversation. When you call or send the estimate form, we ask what the door is doing — the sounds, the movement, the age, whether it is stuck open or closed. That is not small talk. It tells us which parts to load, and it is the main reason most of our calls finish in a single visit instead of two.
On site, the technician inspects the whole system rather than the obvious part: spring tension, cables, drums, rollers, hinges, track alignment, the opener and both safety reverse systems. Then you get the findings in plain language with a written price. Nothing proceeds until you say yes, and where there is a genuine choice between repairing and replacing we quote both so you can compare real numbers.
Afterwards, the door gets balanced by hand, the safety reverse is tested with an obstruction while you watch, moving parts are lubricated and the old components leave with us. We will also tell you honestly what is likely to need attention next year, because a customer who is not surprised in twelve months is a customer who calls us again.
